First of all, American did what they could with the shitty fucking choices there were handed. On the one side we had a liar, thief, moron who leaks confidential intelligence (Such as our fucking nuclear response time on National TV), wife of a known rapist/womanizer and on the other side we have buffoon who doesn't know what he's doing, possible sexual predator, possible racist (or actual racist...I can't figure him out in that respect), tax evader...etc. They are both equally shit! They both suck!!! Those were the choices and anyone who say's "oh you could could have voted third party", guess what, it won't work! The rest of the country won't vote that way. So it's not our fucking fault we were handed these people. We did not pick them. I never once was polled personally in my state, so how is it my fault I had to choose between a douche and a turd??? You cannot blame all of America unless you are just willfully ignorant.

I would GLADLY have any President pull our troops from Norway or any other country. I'm tired of us wasting our resources on countries that only disrespect us and don't give a fuck if we come to their aid. It's been happen for far to fucking long. We are the saviors of the world and come to the aid of all, well fuck that.


I will say this to the people of the United States because this was OUR election. Not the worlds. We must unite. We are stronger when we are united, even if it's in smaller groups like this one. If we are all butt hurt over the election, which is ok today, but later on, we will never move forward. We must continue to progress. Don't let these things dissuade you from the country you are blessed to be apart of. If you truly think the grass is greener somewhere else, well then go find out.


That's all I'm going to say about this.

My disgust this morning does not come from the President Elect. It comes from the people who have shown their true colors through out all of this.

To say "we didn't pick these people" is not entirely correct at best. I like you dude, but chill the fuck out.

Man. I have an opinion about elections in Uganda or Latvia. Because geopolitics command politics. I don't know if you know, but weeks ago, the US and EU were about to sign a treaty to merge and unify markets. It was stopped by an election in Belgium. We are intertwined. That's why I care. That's why UC cares. That's why Dungus cares. Debate will happen, because debating is the human thing to do. Period.

I do have facebook. I made a fairly mild post about the result of the general and one of my high school acquaintances told me that it could have been worse because I would have woken up with a condom falling out of my ass. I chuckled: that's from an army recruiter who doesn't vote so, you know, whatever. No skin off my back, he's still a nice dude in the aggregate, etc. I think being calm is as important as being unified.

However you've got to realize that the US is, basically, singlehandedly keeping the majority of Europe disarmed (and by extension, mostly peaceful) through NATO. They have a very vested interest in our politics as a result, and they've got just as much right as us to laugh or cry at the results.

We picked them through the democratic process, sadly enough. Now, you could argue that the results would be different/more democratic if the country was as smart as Maine and decided that ranked choice voting was a good idea (sorry but I'm really proud that we passed it), but we're not there yet.

A) The choices were more like Aids and Cancer, not Aids and the cold.
B) You act like democrats don't cause wars.
WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Libya, Syria. All under democratic leadership (granted, 'Nam was through four presidents, two of which were republicans, two of which were democrats).
British soldiers would die for our phoney wars no matter who got elected.

Debate is fine. It's not fine however to belittle others for what they believe. That is not how a debate works.


I apologize UC for being a dick. I'm just as frustrated as everyone else. I did not want Trump to win, and I did not want Clinton to win. This is a fucking nightmare to me, but what can we do. We must stick together. Sigh.
