gawd. it's SO fucking sick. i have Komplete 8 coming in tomorrow, i LOVE Battery and Kontakt, can't wait to see how they integrate with Maschine.
it's really the best mesh of hardware style drum machine/sampler control with the huge library and quick loading great sounding samples of a good vst. super happy with it.

hurm. found a good deal on a Digidesign 003 Rack in my local CL. think i'm going to pick it up tomorrow. trying to set up our practice spot so we can do decent quick recordings, and as much as i love Motu's stuff, the 2 828 mkII's i have only have a pair of mic preamps each. to multitrack more than 2 mics is a BITCH with them. so i think i'm going to get the 003 and an mBox for my house and switch over to ProTools for recording. be the first time i've used it actually.

Nothing special I know, but I've wanted to try a new wah for a while and I already sold my other one. I didn't realize how much I'd miss having a wah(not necessarily that other wah). Well the ebay auction just ended, so I won't have it for a few days.
Well, now I'm off to deposit my paycheck so I actually have the money to pay for it.
