I can see and agree to that!
I do have a p90 equipped gibby (well epi) V, and I plan on putting some WRHB's in one of my fenders eventually. I just need to find another guitar with them though to try them out more and see if i like them more for stuff in E standard or in B standard too figure out which guitar to put them in. The V stay's in drop B

That is the one indeed. The WRHB's + the string-through tailpiece on that thing is some sorta magic. Full humbucker sounds with crisp, punchy Tele'ish highs. Pretty awesome.
And Phantas, I love your rundown on the Fender vs. Gibson story behind all of this. Makes good sense to me. Very well put.

I've got a Godin with P-90's. I usually only play in standard and drop D with fuzz. But gee is it a fantastic, growling tone. I even use the middle position....all the time!

I'm actually in the process of trying to build a Les Paul style guitar, although I want to put a tele pick up in the neck...im thinking these WRHBS will be just what i want for the bridge!
I will look into this further!!!

American Standard Telecaster with not much stock on it. Glendale bridge, Seymour Duncan P-Rails each with it's own 3 way mini toggle to tap between Rail/HB/P90. Push pull pots for phase. Graphite nut, black pickguard.
This has been my #1 go to for about 5-6 years. Nothing it can't handle.
American Designer Edition Telecaster. Basically a '62 AVRI but only 125 made in this finish and sold through Guitar Center exclusively. Beautiful double bound quilted tobacco burst.

Thanks guys. It's really such a great layout. I was very hesitant to route the guitar but I have no regrets. The P-Rails are incredible in every setting. They have such a unique and awesome voicing as a high-ish output humbucker. The P90 sounds real deal and the rail really gets a great single coil jangle to it. I would just as quickly play this with the rail or P90 tap as much as I would play the other traditionally laid out Tele with actual single coils. Between the standard 3-way pickup selector, two 3-way mini toggles and two push-pull pots. It's very intuitive, easy and gives like 30 or so options for sounds/combinations...

This is my other partscaster I had. The neck warped on it, so I'm having my buddy Mike Mason from Gaza build me a new neck and he's refinishing and routing out the body for some new awesomeness.
He does great work and has built himself and some friends guitars and basses. Here's a neck for a baritone he's building(built?) for Kurt Ballou:
