I'm reposting this cause it took me five tries to get the formatting right on my phone and I'll be goddamned if it gets lost in shuffle. Gonna quit hyping this band all the time now, but these guys are top notch A plus number one music band

Did you not SEE Suis La Lune, Loma Prieta, and The Wonder Years up there, son?
And I didn't even review the new Citizen, The Saddest Landscape, Nai Harvest, or TWIABPAIANATD (what a fucking acronym).
This having been said, this is not a rich year for the genre, I'll agree.
2011-2014 was banger after banger.
This is good, though!

I quoted the important portion of text in my original post.

Did not figure you for a Loma Prieta and/or Suis La Lune hater.
Are you a closet Modern Baseball fan yet? You can tell me. *pulls up chair, smiles creepily* It'll be our little secret.
EDIT: Damn you D.o.S. go on wit yr rolly happy face thingy

Okay I have a *little* man crush on Strange Tales, he runs a nice distro, what do you want from me?!
I know I'm not alone on this

Unfortunately I probs won't own it because $40 after shipping is steep shit for ILFSS time.

Whenever I eat somewhere with Oneida cutlery I think of the band, true story.
Each One Teach One was one of the first new-school psych records I ever heard (I was 14).

I'm also sure Loma Prieta and Suis La Lune haven't changed their sound since 2012.
I also feel weird petting LP and SLL under the "emo/indie" banner, but most genre associations are dumb so lets not get into that.
1. Aren't we egotistical.
2. Why is this bad? If you have a good sound I am in no rush for you to change it. Plus 2012 was like, three years ago. I'm a Brand New fan and live on a very different geological timescale. I don't even expect a band to put out a new album in three years, let alone change their sound. (It's been six years since Daisy came out...? I had to Wikipedia that to confirm. Jesus Christ (pun intended), I'm old.)
3. LP and SLL are "real screamo" or "skramz" or whatever the kids are arbitrarily calling it these days and thus fall under the emo banner. I let it slide but... it really irks me when people lump emo/indie into one entity. But it's probably just my crush talking.
