Turns out I have crazy low blood pressure and dangerously low cholesterol. Slightly low iron too.
I weigh 160 pounds and am 6 foot 5.

The doctors prescription. Bacon

Dude, not sure if that is wicked awesome or not, hope you get feeling better but stoked that you can pound bacon.

I had salads for lunch the past two days. Bagels for breakfast which isn't so great, but still compared to what I usually eat both items are a step in the right direction. New place is literally a mile from the gym, so I'm hoping it will be put to good use

I've been riding my bike about 10 miles a day for the past month or so. It's not too far but I don't have a bike with gears so I'm workin it

Buns and thighs all day!

God dammit I love dirty bulking. Full-on pigging out, 3000-4000 calories daily. Vitamin D milk, cake, pie, ice cream, anything with a Marie Callendar's label on it. Real fucking butter. Bacon & cheese? Yes please. Chinese buffet 'til stuffed. Fried motherfucking chicken. Gained 25 lbs in the last 2 months, bringing my bodyweight to an all-time high of 230 (104 kg). Focusing on essential compound lifting; squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, dips, pullups, hammer curls, etc. Started sprinting for warm-up again too, it's been way too long and my cardio & flexibility have gone to shit.

It's been twice a week for a while now, third time has been elusive in part because people keep messing up my schedule last minute.

A friend turned me on to some pretty tasty spices that work really well with just about everything so my dinners have improved to a more standard chicken/fish + rice + veggies. There's still the occasional pizza, but what the fuck is the point if one can't have a pizza every now and then.

Ya gotta have a pizza every now and then...I don't know anything about dieting other than portion control and aerobic exercise, but everything I've ever heard suggests if you're good all week you can treat yourself on the weekend.
If only I could trim down the beers during the week...

My buddy has one day a week where he can eat/drink whatever he wants. Doesn't touch the bad stuff during the rest. His reasoning is that there's only so much you can eat in one day so that limits how much bad crap goes in.

good week managing the food intake, gonna celebrate tonight with a cider and blow my daily caloric count but oh well back at it tomorrow.

whole foods' "bag it youself trail mix" bins nearly threw me off my game, though... gotta watch that...
