A local Mexican restaurant was offering free margaritas to people who voted, but the Department of Justice said that constituted some form of bribery and made them not do it.
So I voted all for nothing (but I did get some delicious tacos).
(Not for nothing though, there's a close senate race in my state that I wanted to vote for)

Voting for the local election was pretty depressing.
At least three positions were unopposed and all the rest were basically "which millionaire is from your party."
The senate race was funniest, though. There was a shitload of attack ads from the republicans and the democratic nominee did everything he could to make it look like he was Obama's son or something.

There were actually Green Party candidates on the ballot for local circuit judges, so I voted for all of them. And no, I did not vote for the crazy guy who proclaimed global warming to be a "Chinese hoax"
to lead the Free World.
