Sold my bass, selling my electric guitar, have been spending less time online and have had little to no GAS.
SUCCESSFULLY CHANGING MY LIFE.

I also fail to see how that counts as success. If it makes you happy I guess... :idk: No GAS and spending less time online though? I can get behind that (but not do it personally).

First Gloom jam as a trio went well. Have about half of a brand new song written, right out of the gate, and it is very pretty. Working on that, and a shorter, heavier piece, and figured out a workable version of 'Persephone' that's sounding good although the three of us haven't played together since October.

I have been stressing about how little time we have to prepare and reformat this show we have in a month. It's going to be fine.
I play.

lol, had a funny evening

i realized i now have bathroom big enough to play my guitar while sitting on a shitter. so i did

i ended up writing a pretty cool song (IMO) :) i also did this instead of studying linguistics, because swedish scientists have proved that composing on your toilet is far superior to studying for college exams

there's nothing quite like the day when the guitar you've been waiting for arrives. especially if, like the last couple of electric guitars i bought and the Eastman acoustic i'm paying off, you've been watching them on eBay for weeks before purchase and know every wiggle in the wood grain already.

Woohoo, I don't have to quit my job to go to the nut house every day for partial hospitalization! Just weekly therapy. Hopefully, my parents will let me use the car by the weekend. I'll argue hanging out with friends is "therapeutic."

I'm glad my dad is around for when my mom just completely ignores/doesn't even attempt to comprehend what I'm saying or might be thinking.

I'm running on pyrrhic victories these days.

Been playing my acoutic way more and enjoying it way more. Still have my synth (which I haven't been playing at all, along with my electric), and still want to get some more gear to go along with that.

Also, I'm the worst and still haven't sent out your CDs. They are coming, I promise.

The only thing that sux is, she loves me back, but we love eachother so fucking much, she's scared of it, and we're having a long-distance relationship even though we live in the same town. I'm sick of waiting, should I ragequit? :/
