Mine came in yesterday, but I have not been able to plug it in yet.

I love this pedal. My only concern is the loud pop I get 90% of the time when engaging the pedal. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

Ideally it should make the sound of the mechanic grabbing onto and stretching out the tape. :snax:

Yeah, mine does that, too.
I'll have to actually look at the switching to see if I might be able to fix that, though.
So...I'll probably live with it for now.

Keep it on all the time and have the mix down? Seems fairly easy to twist that center knob up with your foot. I understand that it's a little annoying, but I think you can work around it. :)*

that's wayyy annoying & shouldn't be necessary for a stomp effect. the pop goes away if you engage/disengage a bunch of times. I'm guessing it's like a built up charge or someshit? same thing would happen with my echo dream 2.

agreed, thats not acceptable...on all the units i tested the pop went away after a few minutes of being plugged in.

I was trying it out with all sorts of synths and stuff for the last couple days, lots of plugging and unplugging, so that's probably why I didn't note the pop ever going away.
