We're actually Smoking a Salmon that my friend just brought back from Alaska... I can eat Brisket anytime anywhere, we have Brisket Tacos at Taco Cabana... Pro tip; put Brisket in your Pinto Beans for some Real Cowboy Grubbin...

My dad and I just pulled the three butts that had been smoking for six hours. Going back in for a bit before saucing.
We also have 4 racks of ribs smoking.

That all sounds great. We usually do some baby backs on the 4th, but this year we're making carnitas and having a mexican feast

hummus on everything all day erryday

i helped my cousin grill...we mde a bunch of marinated chicken, two tenderloin steaks, and some chicken kielbasa, and Doug made pasta salad while i watched the grill. there were fireflies outside. it was great.

every post after that pulled pork and stuffs is meaningless without pictures..
