Originally had the K70 in the cart but they had a sale/rebate deal on the K60 so I decided to forgo some features. I've just heard only great things about their mechanical keyboards.
Really excited to put this together and also better learn how computers work

I just got a Razer Deathadder mouse and love it, apart from how the right button doesn't click if my finger is at the very end of it...
I'm a big fan(LOLOLOLOLOL) of CPU coolers, using this one right now
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835103099It's FUCKING MASSIVE but worth it, I feel. And I like how the name looks like a fighting game title.
Oh, also, make sure you don't overdo it with the thermal paste; you just need a thin layer. Personally I draw an S-pattern on the CPU and the cooler, but not to the very ends, then press them together and rotate back and forth a couple times to spread it evenly. You could spread it around with something if you wanna do it that way, too.
If you put too much on, just let it harden for a few minutes and wipe it off with 100% alcohol.
Been playing Black Rock Shooter on PSP...surprisingly fun if you can handle the anime-ness.

Well, you should see the early setup I had going on in my old case...like a vacuum cleaner

Four of these fuckers.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835185054Still got 'em in the new case, but I also bought a fan controller for them. I think my GTX480 is the coolest-running one in the world.

I decided to go the liquid cooling route with this bad boy:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6835181035It was like $90 after rebates, should work perfectly in my case. I'm going to overclock the shit out of my CPU.

Shit man. I have a PS3 and I kind of wasn't wanting to play that game but I feel like I need to get it out of obligation considering that the game is practically a console seller (at the end of a generation, wtf). I haven't used my PS3 for games in months.
Considering how hyped this game is I'll either enjoy it or just get pissed of at everyone for liking it, I guess that I'm semi Hipsterish when it comes to bandwagoning.
Still playing Metro, the AI is pretty funny But I'm liking it. Ultra setting plus having Arachophobia really makes exploring hard.

Deathadders are great. Though I wish that Razer would stop with the fucking green LEDs, the 2013 DAdder w/ blue lights would just be great.

I was really worried they would screw it up somehow but they really, really didn't. The atmosphere and setting is amazing and the characters are actually really deep. Doesn't feel like a video game at all; more like an interactive movie.
However, if you're not the kind of gamer that likes to sneak around and scavenge mercilessly then it definitely wouldn't be for you.

I hate to fuel hype, because I feel it is legitimately great, but Last Of Us is definitely one of the best games I have ever played.
It definitely feels like a older survival horror game, in the resource management and it's willingness to punish dumb plays.

Haha yeah, the Noctua is complete overkill but it meant that I could be a bit ridiculous with the overclocking which was something I had never done before. I illegitimately have to worry about sucking up too much stuff, my room is a dust bowl. If I don't clean everything proper every 3 months or so things start to go bad.
On another note I heard that the controls for The Last of Us are exceptionally rubbish? This is coming from PC gamers though.
They said everything else was pretty great.

I'm always sneaking and looting
I'll wait another month or two for the price to dip a bit, can't really afford a full price game. I need a new travel Passport.
