Mmm yeahhh  I still can't believe you got rid of yours! Atleast I know that faux echo isn't leaving. That was on your board when I was still a lurker!

nothing is definite dammit

i sometimes miss the Whetstone, but mainly for the SMall Stone sounds which could my Small Stone do better, so... i'd probably buy an SS again rather tthan a Whet :idk:

i'm just searching for THE ULTIMATES

Haha that's what were all here for dude

here's my whole rig.

Fender Blacktop Baritone (strung with nines (!) and tuned CGDGCD) > Waller GMax 100H (ludicrously great sounding solid state amp) > Woodson 2X12" cab (Swamp Thang/Wizard mix).

no pedals.

They are, Ron is now running a Sunn 1200s (the fender rackmount 1200w SS version) with a Berg 6x10 + 2x15.

Right now I have an old Emperor 4x12(#19) and a Framus Dragon 412st both with Vintage 30's. But they're split up on different sides of a weird shaped room so I didn't get a family photo. Ha

That lonestar head is sechsy!!!!!

and #19 emperor cab? Nice! My 4x12 + 2x15 are in the 700-800 range, and my 6x12 + 3x15 actually didn't come numbered and I bought them new :idk:

It's funny because Lonestars are so uncommon in headshells that they typically go for more than combos. Then I found this one on the cheap side because of the non original headshell. But I'm all about Emperor/Verellen/etc stained aethstetic so it made me want it even more! It's a super well made headshell too, dovetail joints and everything. Very light amp. Seriously the best clean amp ever and the drive suits my more indie/emo/alt rock project very well.

I got the Emperor used in the middle of a tour, traded my serial #001( ) Electricamp 6x12 for a pair of Emperor 4x12s one with v30's and one with G12T-75's. They were #19 & #20 Sean dated them for me because he recognized the birthmark on one. He said they were from the very first order of cabs they ever made and sold to someone who wasn't a close friend or made for themselves. After I heard that, I wish I hadn't sold the G12T-75 one to my friend because he will not sell it back. Sean even offered to make me new cabs to trade back for them. Haha.
