The biggest resolution I'd ever used before this was 1280x1024, this one is 1680x1050. Takes forever to move the mouse across the screen now

I was just up on my roof, and there was a ripe tomato, and several unripe tomatoes on one of my tomato plants. I thought they were dead. It's the middle of December and 30 degrees outside.

wow, i'm impressed. my ex's tomato plants are dead as a doornail. she said that she grew tomatoes for me because i loved fresh tomatoes, which i do. or did anyway...i couldn't eat the ones from the plants after she left, and the whole idea of tomatoes just makes me sad now. and they've always been one of my most favoritest things ever since i was a little kid.

oh, i'll get over it eventually, the same way that i eventually was able to listen to the records my second wife and i used to listen to on our road trips. it's just a question of whether it's more like Hejira, which i was able to go back to fairly soon, or the second Seal album, which i still can't go back to easily because we had so many personal in-jokes based around it.

The rate of Facebook posts to different people "liking"/commenting on my random posts has risen significantly. It's the closest thing to actual, real life recognition.

Also facebook related. Super cute girl accepted a friend request within seconds of me adding it.

i'm feeling better (still sick, though, don't get how it can drag for so long), plus today at gym (my PE) i had to put on some more weight on everything... compared to the normal amount, of course. I'm getting really stronger i guess? it's a good thing
