Do you have a bag with a stun gun, duct tape and cable ties?

I don't have a lot of stuff on my "wants" list, ya know. I want to be surprised. This is the one walk of my life where somebody is going to surprise me with a gift that I'm likely to really enjoy.

I'm not buying myself anything from now until the first of the year. Excepting the EHX Vocoder I just found on Craigslist. On the fence about that but it could happen.

Anyway, I did some stalking and I got some Pedlol ideas and some ideas for other things as well. Pedlol is only a portion of the fun part. If you trudge through the old SS Threads people are often equally excited about the other fun things that they get.

If this year is anything like years past, I will probably buy half of my Santees package, freak out at the last minute that it's all wrong, and then rebuy everything...

I decided that my victims wishlist was the easy way out. I looked through their posts instead and thought that getting them things that would come in handy for them and their music development is the best bet. Probably the only thing that I will give them that is on their wishlist is tasty sweet goodies. Who would be disappointed with weird non local candy?

Read all his posts. Good dude. Doesn't really seem to need anything or have any urgent gas, so gonna give something that I think will add to his music. Already have a few ideas.

Considering my family isn't great when it comes to gift giving, I'm a firm believer in the maxim of "it's the thought that counts".... As long as someone feel like you actually thought about them, what the actual gift is doesn't matter as much - or at least that's the story I'm sticking with right now.

I've done my stalking, but keeping my eyes open. Have the main gift picked, ordering it tomorrow. Some side gifts picked. Have to work out the snacks bit. Also have to determine if it's safe/legal to send coal via mail....

(and have to decide if I'm gonna post in the wishlist thread)

You guys are crazy. I've stalked my stalkee to death. Read every single post he's made here and some place else, been reading through his social media profiles, looked his/her place up on google earth.. And I'm wrapping a list. But as cheap as I try to be, I always end up around USD 170-200 (without shipping). I wonder how you guys manage. I mean I don't want to be over the top and ruffle any feathers... Because I'd honestly love to get him everything I've listed.

Also, would you guys say it's a dick move if I have the pedal I want to gift shipped straight at his place in a separate package from snacks and stuff? I feel it's silly to import then export because customs and shipping...

I don't manage. I'm (unfortunately for me/lucky for him) past the $200 limit that I set up for myself, and I still need to get a card, some weird stuff and pay for the shipping. I didn't mean for it to be as much and I don't think that it makes my gift any cooler, I just got carried away

EDIT: I don't think that's a dick move at all. I would do the same, if not for reasons I can't explain because...secrecy
