The delay part is just a single PT2399, uses a TapTation chip for tap tempo and modulation. Active tone control, which is treble cut or boost for dark or bright delay sounds. Also has an output boost which works in conjuction with the input compressor that allows you to smooth out the input signal and decrease its volume into the delay part for better mixing. All runs on 18V

That's going to be really awesome.

I'm currently wiring up a Cave Dweller with the TapTation chip!

So controls are:

Sustain, Input Volume, Repeats, Mix, Tone, Boost, Time, Modulation. Switches for quickly going between times scales as suggested all on the taptation datasheet. Compressor part is seperate and footswitch on/off and the delay is also on/off. 1590DD build

the delay itself uses filtering similar to the 1776 effects delay, so should be tapey. I have boards already ordered for this, including the compressor part

just go ahead and clone a Bi-phase.

you know you want to do it.

mmmmmmm......... i want a Bi-phase clone though....... is it doable without breaking the bank? has to be a really complicated circuit, right? can you give me a quote? FB me.

somewhere in the order of 200-300 bucks given complexity

Very cool - I've always wanted to visit England. What town/city will you be moving to? I hope it all goes smoothly for you :animal:
