Trickle down is a red herring, it never existed as pure policy with Reagan. It's arguable the two most significant expansions of the US economy post 1950 occurred under JFK and Billyboy, both administrations had 'trickle down' of reduction of the growth of gubmint spending and tax cuts. Clintons (its known as Clintons purely because it's rosy for the liberals to take credit when it was the repub revolution congress that was doing policy outside of the fed which was Greenspan hiking Fed interest rates) were large reductions in taxes on both the poor and rich. People say the omnibus stuck it to the wealthy but gloss over the huge reduction in capital gains which was far more important to the wealthy.

Can we acknowledge the fact that CNN has spent all day covering almost a dozen women coming out saying that Donny has groped them and his response has been "well just look at them." And shooting down other superficial details with "well I'm so great, I wouldn't be in that situation."
