I know...
But like, GTA4's nothin' without the glory of modding simple text files, though. It's not the same on console.
You don't get shotguns that do 0 damage but make enemies fly a million yards away.
Or molotov-shooting Uzis.
Or sniper rifles that teleport helicopters straight into the ground.
Or scooters with the same mass as dumptrucks and speed of Lamborghinis careening down the street, sending anything they hit flying.
C'MON ROCKSTAR.

I really wish that Rockstar had released Red Dead Redemption on PC. I hate playing anything involving shooting with an analogue stick, just makes more sense with a mouse. Pretty much ruined the game for me, I just don't have the patience.

Sometimes it's worth it just to change the difficulty to Easy just so it makes group fights muuuuuch less tedious. I like challenging gameplay, I don't like getting jerked off by games that think long waves of regular enemies counts as good gameplay. They are never hard, I just want them over as fast as possible because they're never fun. Kind of like jumpscares in films, they have their place but there's no real redeeming factor to them and multiple times just gets old.

I seriously cannot for the life of me remember that supposed jump scare, I've heard people and seen people make videos - I am drawing the biggest blank. I don't forget irrelevant things easily and I don't normally play horror games/films so I can't be that immune to them.

Oh thats the jumpscare that I'm thinking of.

I seriously don't remember it. Everyone seems to have some story about it and now I know where it is so if I ever replay the game it will be ruined. I'm all empty inside.

the only game i ever REALLY got into and loved...back in the SNES days.....in fact i still need to sell of my SNES copy of it, and FFIII

SHADOWRUN.

AND IT'S COMING BACK.......IN JUNE........I'M FREAKING OUT !!!

I'm actually rather particular with games, as i never was much of a gamer since it was not really a part of my lifestyle.

Never played the original, but Shadowrun Returns looks pretty good. Seems like there's a lot of potential for great games to be made through Kickstarter and it would be cool to see it continue. Hopefully it will, if the games coming out (Shadowrun, Wasteland 2, the Obsidian one, torment...) actually live up to the hype and are successful.

Shadowrun Returns got almost 1.5 MILL through Kickstarter....so i think it should deliver.
The build engine to create the game comes with the purchase for the hardcore SHADOWRUN fans to create and share additional stories, and gameplay.
SHAAAAAAAABOING !!!!

So psyched for Shadowrun. I think I posted about it a while ago?
Fun fact: I preferred the SNES version to Genesis...
