Resonators are awesome but people don’t know so it wasn’t going to be that.

I’m guessing the BH, MP, and UT could all be the same hardware. There used to be things manufactures would do to frustrate eprom copying for paid upgrades, so maybe something to prevent too-easy software hacking would be involved. But maybe not.

I’ve generally come at this series critical of the nerfing, but those three pedals in a row could to a whole lot of awesome without the whole preset management and tweaking rigmarole of the H9. I think I’m appreciating the user experience it’s supposed to offer. Good for tactile people who weren’t getting the prior stuff.

Glou Glou got some sort of looper coming out. That looks reasonably interesting...but that enclosure size has got to go.

This is the first looper that has come out since the EDP that has actually seemed compelling to me. Probably because they made a successor to the EDP without hobbling the hardware interface or limiting to just singer songwriter loopers like everyone else. Def interested in this one.

Also... the animation in this Glou-Glou video is awesome.

If the interface options are sufficient, the size is an asset and not a problem (for me).
Too many complex loopers require secondary knob-twist protocols that are antithetical to two-fisted musicking on guitar.

Where did you see a price?

500 wingwangs is probably not a bad guess, considering Glou-Glou's current pricing structure.

And considering how much more this does than say, a headrush, it doesn't strike me as unfair. Loopers have always been a more expensive proposition, especially the more feature laden ones. And the Loupe looks feature-rich for sure! The Boomerang III is probably my most expensive pedal and I wouldn't swap it for anything in the world, the cost was well worth it.

As long as it's cheaper than an EDP, I'll be coloured very interested!

You can get a used EDP for $400-$500.
