I'll be there. But my phone is running low on battery and I won't be able to charge it before I get there.
Also it will be hard to document since it's all headphones, no amps.
Everyone should follow there is only fuzz. He is perfect ilovefuzz material even though he's not actually here.

Just got out. It's crazy. I don't fully understand it in my brief time there. I played 2 chords and somehow ended up with industrial techno.
I want to take one of these and shut myself in my rehearsal space for a weekend with it.
Edit:I lent my guitar to a dude taking a picture of that moments ago, I may have just lent my guitar to that dude

Don't think of this like a count to 5. There is very little in common besides the facts that they both play with loops and pitch.
It can loop up to 20 seconds
Also, this thing is super stage friendly. It can store 3 loops in it even after power off
I have to stop by tomorrow in case anyone wants me to pass along any questions or try anything

Just a wild guess, but looking at it, it seems it's the same box/size as a EQD Palisades/Disaster Transport Sr. or EHX Pog II.

Can't wait to enroll in whatever course I need to understand this thing (knobs' first hour-long demo?)

Like pretty years sized, but on it's side? I'm terrible at remembering physical things so that may be inaccurate.

Ok, so biggest thing that is different from Ct5, Ct5 does everything in real time. Like when you change the playback speed on the ct5, there is an instant change in sound. The 856 is not in real time. When you change a parameter, your loop is not affected until the next play through of the loop. so you could play a phrase. I think this gives it a nice glitchier more produced quality that I like.

sheeeesh ok. so could you play a loop that alternately plays back from from normal speed to a 5th up and back each time the loop cycles through?
sheeeeeesh
