I am about to make candied bacon bourbon brownies. Fucking CANDIED BACON BOURBON BROWNIES. This will either be fantastic or horrible.

Update 1: Candying the bacon was a spectacular failure. New plan: regular-ass bacon bourbon brownies.

Update 2: I realized I don't have real bourbon, so I used Jack Daniels. These brownies are significantly better than I was expecting them to be, actually. The bacon part doesn't really need to be there, but oh my goodness dark chocolate fudge brownies baked with alcohol + more alcohol added on top afterwards = holy shit this is good. Y'all should try it.
