Obviously lying is how you politics, but this is the single most negative campaign I've seen in my lifetime.
There have been flippant accusations of bigotry being used as defamatory tactics, made by people with little to no credibility whose critique seems to move in 1 direction.
I give less of a fuck about what someone says than what they do. Actions > words.
Much too much emphasis is on rhetoric for my liking; in politics words and promises are empty when feet are put to the fire.
People with hate in their hearts will spin spin spin their nefarious actions as being just and deserved, or why the opposition is evil incarnate...while ignoring or excusing their candidate, refusing to hold them to the same standard.

I think if Jeb were the GOP candidate he would clobber HRC and Bernie would clobber Trump if he hadn't been coaxed out of the Dem nomination. Maybe cucked is actually the appropriate misnomer/buzzword du jour.

Regardless of who wins (it'll be HRC, let's stop pretending the status quo wont continue marching on) I'm going to resume tuning out both HRC & Palin's unlistenable, whiny voices from my ears & headspace. Brace yourselves for the TPP, it's coming folks. You can take that to the bailed-out banks.

I, honestly, completely forgot about Jeb.
He just didn't even come to mind as a formerly viable candidate.
I was thinking, "y'know, we had the option of Ted, Rubio, and Trump and somehow Trump won."
In any case, I wouldn't vote for Jeb either.

Yeah I think that might be true if he had a different last name. Being closely associated with the guy who ran one of the worst presidencies of all time just 8 years after he left office isn't a real positive.

Jeborah was never a strong candidate, but Hillary sucks too.

I don't particularly like Hillary, but she is qualified and when it comes to lying it's simply a false equivalency to say that she is just as bad, or as other people say, worse. The whole "all Donald did was say mean things people are so easily hurt" is such a weird thing. People are supposed to elect people based what they say, coupled with a record. He has no political experience and the few things he has spoken out about he has generally lied about, like the Iraq war, the birther movement, or stuff he said just a month before.

The way media follows this race really blows up the thing with personality politics. You don't have to like a candidate, you just have to elect a person based on how well you think he/she does the job. And it's really easy to answer that question

Hillary Clinton is a corrupt bitch. She has fucked this country over in so many ways it's not funny. I do not believe she is qualified in the slightest to be President. Over Trump she is, but we are faced yet again with a douche and a turd decision. It's laughable to think anyone could support any of these morons at this point.

Trump said this, Trump said that. Hillary did this, Hillary did that. They suck! They both are fucking awful no matter what anyone says or tries to justify.

At this point I'm thinking of voting for Gary Johnson even though he's a fucking idiot. Might as well right? Can't be any worse that the shit we are faced with right now.
