I always have a Thanksgiving Part Deux a week after Thanksgiving, and I think this year I may make a turducken.

I would like to see pictures of this!
I have always wanted to make one.
Closest I come is a sausage stuffed turkey: Which is awesome.

That sounds good.
I usually do 2 turkeys, mashed potatoes (rustic style where some of the skin is mixed in), a mashed potato "loading mix" aka shredded cheddar + bacon bits + chives + other good stuff, a tray of baked mac and cheese, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, some sort of casserole, 1 pumpkin pie, and then either an apple cobbler or some other kind of pie.

I do the turkey but my parents usually bring taters and stuffing
I want to do a ginger glazed carrot this year and a Mushrooms and wilted greens dish.
I stuff the turkey with Carrots Celery Onions and as much breakfast sausage as it can handle
I then cook it upside down really slowly for the first several hours
Then I flip it over and Brown the top for the last few. works out pretty well.
How many cheeses in your baked mac-n-cheese? When I do Baked Mac it is usually Chedder-Jack-QuesoFresco and Velvita (SP?)

I have always just done a simple creamy cheddar baked mac with crumbled ritz baked over top, but this year I think I may experiment more.

this year i won't be making Thanksgiving dinner at home for the first time in many years, since my gf left and there's really no point in makng Turkey for One. my friend Feather, who's known me since i was 14, asked me up to Sacramento for dinner, but i don't know if i can afford the gas at 10 miles to the gallon on the truck. and it feels like a terrible regression, because they hosted me for years when i was even more desperately poor and miserable than they are (they live on Social Security Diasbility). i'd like to go anyway if i can afford it, so i'd at least feel loved. but i can see just spending the whole day in bed with the covers over my head.

Don't do that dude, hopefully you can make the trip. And if you can't I am sure most of us will be on ILF hiding from Inlaws and our Sisters annoying kids

My band is playing a show this Sunday, I'm pretty excited since it's our first show outside of our town, but also really nervous.

Yesterday, I decided to give up on the cesspool of acoustic duos and lame post-hardcore/alt rock bands and classic rock cover dad-bands that is Milwaukee and checked out Madison's craigslist. I found three interesting(and not just something that would be settling for the sake of making music, but legitimately interesting ideas) posts and have since heard back from two. Damn, I hope something good comes out of this.

Yesterday instead of slacking the night away at home I actually went to the practice room all alone and banged out a metric shitton of stoner/doom/sludge riffs. I also went and tried most of the stuff that the other guys had lying about. Fuck, I think now I need and SVT and one of those fridge cabs. It was mindblowing beastly to play the Megalith through that. A very satisfying experience, I can tell you. I also found a combination with my Hermonic Percolator that sounds awesome and doesn't feedback. Unfortunately Perc > Megalith is not suited for the band I normally play the Perc in.
