There's not really anything great, just your normal GC and Sam Ash stuff, however, in Lakeland there's a decent Music Go Round, and in Auberndale(right near Lakeland) there's a place called Jimmy's Vintage Music. Both are well worth checking out. If you can only do one, do Jimmy's Vintage Music. Lakeland isn't far from Orlando, either.mmurphy1000 wrote:My boyfriend and I are both bassists and we're heading to Florida for vacation next week.
We'll be in Boca and Orlando.
Obviously we're going to Bass Central![]()

This looks like something that should land on a planet at the beginning of a sci-fi movieCorey Y wrote:

I should have mentioned noon on any of the EQ is basically flat, no cut or boost. So you will see more difference between the 3 mid settings if you either cut or boost the mids.Corey Y wrote:Mr. Grumpy guitar demo video, enjoy. Proper demo clips are a couple weeks out, due to social (read: baby) obligations.

Re: The Doom Room: ILF Edition
I don't know how obvious it is in the video, since the audio isn't top notch, but with the mids at noon you can hear a difference between the 3 frequency points. It's most noticeable when chugging through heavy dirt. I didn't get into messing with all the EQ, but it's crazy flexible.
