If anyone needs a RB over the next few weeks with byes, I'm in the market for a new TE...

I think he's assuming everyone was putting in a claim for him this week. ;)

True. But I think it's safe to say that my hold on first place is going down, hard, in the next few weeks. I'm basically reduced to starting Floyd or Hopkins at this point. Unless Amendola magically gets healthy and stays that way.
I think you're being a little dramatic... you're either going to be tied for first or in second place at the end of the season

mike james is obviously the guy this week, i have 2 guys i can freely cut (cox and austin) and i was real thin at wr BEFORE julio went down...

i think jefferys value obviously hurt by cutlers absence, and likely fortes as well. that might seem contradictory to some, but it isnt

depending on how long james jones is out boykin could be one of the pickups of the year

so i am really going at wrs, but also like reed (hes pretty high, like 4th-5th on my claim order, and we dont even have a required te spot, just 3 flex)
that guy is great at that seam route, lotta yardage, high high upside. great red zone target also

Perhaps. But I only had the the 7th most points this week. I would think you guys should be able to make up some ground with me reduced to starting Shorts and Floyd as my WRs for the time being.

That was my thinking, but it looks like it worked out! Phew...

I hope you are correct...at least for this week.

Yeah, looking at those stats, it's no wonder Tigerbass and I are doing so poorly. Our points against are at least 100 more than any other team, and 200 more than BCBC's first place team. That's just how luck plays into an H2H league...

The last few weeks have been frustrating... My team couldn't withstand injuries in this league and it feels like that's all it's been as of late.  Couple that with being low on the waiver order and probably not making good decisions for pickups... I forgot how thin the player pool gets as the season wears on.

Yeah....even though we have less teams this year the added flex position makes for slim pickings.

well yeah the second flex does make the waivers pool smaller, but I don't like it when there are good starters sitting there on waivers, it makes it so that the draft is meaningless. I was hoping it would result in more trades, but I think I've been involved in every trade so far this year

This is going to be an easy week for you MEC. I don't have enough players (Dropping Snelling who was ruled out to pick up Hillman who was then listed as inactive for this week didn't help    ) and being so low on the waiver list doesn't help. I'm afraid to drop some peeps that could come up big later for some backup tomorrow that may or may not score points.

So you're going to trade me a TE too, since I don't have a decent one to play this week, right?
