I've done this though. Got a pedal from Freaky Frequency plugged it in, didn't work, then was like WHAT THA FUCK,....PM'd him and got him all worried,...then realized I hadn't turned my power strip on.



That was my first lesson in troubleshooting before jumping the gun on posting or PM'ing.

I wasn't a dick to FrekyFrek in my PM'ing and was pretty embarrassed at my gaff,....but he was relieved that I had made a dumb mistake and it wasn't an actual issue with the gear.

I've done it at least four or five times. But its a quick, lolsdumbass, and then switch em back again. Honest mistake really if the pedal doesn't have in and out marked. you'd think right to left dummy, it's that easy. But the excitement of a new pedal sometimes makes you overstep.
