Wassup buddy? I moved close to 1400 miles away, got a way better job and get to play with my dog all the time now.

I think this is maybe the cheapest one that reduces hum is this one?

There might be cheaper, but this is what I've been rolling with. I't not a true "Power conditioner" but it gets rid of the noisy wiring issue and in my home, the difference is pretty significant.

Dude, totally down for a meetup. I can probably convince a band that playing Houston should happen soon.

Picked this up off the ole' craigslist today. This and the guy's black widow 1x15" were both unused looking. My pal is happy with the cab. Firebass is BEAST! It is really bright, the high eq control is 7k, which is crazy. Found a sweet setting already, tons of headroom to blast with fuzz pedals. Tried the Monarch at 18v, Megalith, Meathead dark clone, all of them were great, nice to have something that doesn't choke out, bass-wise, with the Megalith. Sounds like a Mark series Peavey to me, with a ridiculous amount more power. Can't wait to get another cab and give it a full power jam in the huge warehouse room...
It does weigh every last ounce of it's 50 pounds, though. Something to be said for a Bass Terror there.

This report pleases me.
Fuck that weight.

Yeah, I looked at the manual online, and was like "50 lbs, that's like my Laney, or the 300 watt Randall was for sure that heavy". Estimation wrong. It's heavier than my neo B210 cabinet... It does have three handles!
I can add three more 8 ohm cabs and it's power will just grow. I like that. It's pretty damn doom, more doom than my Traynor.
If I could squeeze the 2x15 and 4x10 on local cl into my budget...

It remains a distinct possibility, that I may have been somewhat mentally inconvenienced, when I posted that. Meant to post just the one, but it should cut hum.

I was thinking of possible going into one of the next models up. Not sure. I'll have to do some research.
