Just taking a quick glance, this article suggests independent labels and facebook genre groups are the best ways to find deals. (unless you're buying techno, this article probably won't help you anymore than that)

Not seeing anything there that I'd listen too. Damn. Earth did a sale once and I bought almost all of their albums. It was a name your price (I gave like 5-6 bucks per album when they are usually 9 or 10). I hate social media and that's probably why I'm missing stuff. I deleted Instagram awhile back again.
