I wish I could take credit. I was holding the note, about to take the picture, when an arm slowly slid into my shot and held onto it. When I panned out, that's what I saw. It was too perfect. And objectively horrifying.

That sounds absolutely terrifying... did the arm come out of a storm drain?
And I thought you'd like to know that the picture led to us having a conversation about horny clowns, so, there's that.

I'm out of frame, laying on my back with my feet toward the camera (ah, countdown timers).
Not nearly as wild a scene as the manifestation of a French clown..

I was on a big bridge, so it's possible he slithered up from under it. Not as reminiscent of Pennywise, true, but arguably more terrifying in some ways.

And I'm a bit late back to the party, thank you! There's been some great entries so far.

That's very cool! Although I gotta admit, I can't quite work out the last word... is it Tape? Kinda looks like a car engine though.

Yeah, it was difficult to make it bold enough to make out, but it's "7AFE", indeed an engine.

No way! My tiny beat up Corolla and your message are forever. In 2 years it gets antique plates and then it'll keep riding until it reaches Valhalla.
