Beautiful pictures, DADGBD! I haven't been there in years.

I really want to try one of these out:

Wouldn't make sense for hills/conditions around here, but still looks really fun

Tested the new board for the first time today, very nice. Psyched for my holiday in 3 weeks! Let's hope for snow.

I hate you.

Also Arbor, the company, is really rad. Never owned one of their boards but I've worked with a few people who have and they've always been a really great company to deal with, apparently. I'd like to try a Zygote at some point.

The Zygote looks like a really interesting board. Never tried something with such an asymmetrical shape before.

and it actually seems ridable, unlike the shortlived Rome Hammerhead, which was a hot mess (but I wish I'd grabbed one just for the novelty).

This edit rules, though:

Love that edit! Definitely inspiring me to work on my freestyle this season. Not something I tend to do enough of because I'm always on holiday with keen off piste skiers and don't care enough not to tag along (plus bombing around mountains is also fun). But it feels so good to stomp some tricks

That Zygote looks pretty sweet too.

I still haven't made it out this year. It's been raining around here. The snow is going away. Onterrible strikes again

I'm jelly! I was trying to find out what my boards model is, but I couldn't. It's a burton mid-level with red skulls on it, that's what I know. Also, this seasons snowboarding made me realize that board-stuff in general might be quite fun, so I'm thinking of pivking up a decent skateboard or perhaps a longboard this summer

I kind of miss skating but I was never very good and now I'm too much of a wimp about hurting myself. Was great fun back in the day though.

I can confirm after 2 days riding them that yawgoons bindings do not magically make you ride like those guys. they're good bindings though.

Likewise. Bad scheduling and no car makes it difficult. I feel like such a has-been.

Qft From a guy who dug out his old skateboard during Xmas staycation... and didn't do much beyond setting it up.
