Unless you're thinking of changing all the speakers, I'd probably try to find a direct replacement.

Go with something with high power handling and similar sonically to JBLs.

was gonna suggest a JBL, but wasn't quite sure it jive with the stock speakers (assuming what he's got in there're stock).

Yea, the stock ones always sounded like JBL clones to me.

They're all stock, yeah. I only noticed at the end of last night's rehersal so I haven't checked it properly yet. Thanks, duders!

Tomkat Tanker. I can use it to drive the amp, to keep my signal clean, to dirty verb, to mellow wash. I do 90% of my writing with just that thing on. 8% unplugged on an electric. and the last 2% with a bunch of effects on to get weird.
