^^^What I forgot to say is that I took up drums because I couldn't find a drummer that was interesting...or good. Much like I want to make the music I wish someone else was making, I now play the drums I wish someone else would play. Only took three or four years to really 'get there.'

The solution to the "can't find a drummer" problem is probably to ditch your guitar, BECOME a good drummer and then audition however many guitarists you need to audition to complement your powerful doomy rhythm section.

What percentage of drummers do we think are guitarists who got tired of searching?

I ask because I am one of them.
