Pretty much all American breakfast food is disgustingly heavy and sweet especially for eating first thing in the day. Generally, I'm not a fan.
Lately, my "breakfast" has consisted of ramen with veggies and an egg or two (or occasionally shrimp as a protein).

I don't think there's any dairy in those. I know I've had vegan Bánh xèo before.

I think that's a Vietnamese pancake. No Dairy. Rice flour, water, turmeric, and maybe something else I am forgetting...

Yes, I've been to parts.
Anyway, I don't think they're too difficult to make. There're tons of recipes online.

I used to not really, but planning to get up a little early, make a meal, have a cup of coffee and get my day started right is a good enough motivation not to stay up too late drinking and avoid being a hung over POS the next day.
