back when I worked a 9-5 and got an hour lunch (luxury, I'm used to half-hours), I got to choose when to take it, so I'd typically eat a sandwich/apple around 11:30, then take it at 1 to break up the afternoon and get an hour to go for a walk, sit under a tree (this was in the summer), etc. I was never late coming back cause I already felt that sense of enjoyment like I had cheated the system.

I can't think of one meal that I've ever been able to enjoy during a 1hr lunch break that didn't actually happen at work (slow eater 4 life), but a special sandwich is worth taking the rest of the day off, no matter the consequences or lies that you inevitably need to attach to an explanation, which is probably part of the reason that sandwich tasted so good in the first place (a forbidden sandwich).

I like your new avatar.

This is the first time I have seen it.

I am not on my lunch break, for it is Sunday.
The Sunday I do not work every fortnight.

Yeah I hate that.
I should probably change mine soon.
I have about 100 pics on my hard drive saved specifically for that purpose.
