It freaks baristas out.
I'm yet to step up to that level of hardcore.

I usually like regular old hot espresso, but when it's scorching outside, I've been known to throw that over ice and add a splash of soy milk. Blasphemy, I know.

It's all good man, do whatever it takes to get caffeinated.
