Bacon, eggs over-light and grits. Maybe a waffle.
Occasionally, I'll make an over-light egg sandwich on toast with mayo. Messy, messy sandwich.

I typically only order that on a day off. And when I do order it it's around 10:30, 11 a.m. I won't eat again until dinner.

I actually remember that. I tried making it and it turned out ok.
Generally I'm not a huge fan of breakfast/breakfast foods. Waking up and stuffing yourself with heavy, rich carbs and sugary stuff seems like a bad idea to me. I'm also not a huge fan of desserts, so
I'll just have coffee and a little fruit and wait until I can get my hands on some spicy chili or something.
Of course I also often work nights so eating certain foods (or even sleeping) at certain times just because is a laughably arbitrary construct in my mind.

i fucking love breakfast food. i'm usually pretty light on it during the week, but weekend mornings we fucking kill it. usually at home but occasionally out with friends or if i have buddies in town from out of town we'll hit up a good spot. what is up with europe though? there's so much i love about europe and in general i've treasured the time i've spent there, but breakfast fucking sucks pretty much everywhere. a good full english or irish breakfast is the closest you'll get to passable breakfast, and just barely at that point, but for the most part it's cold bread and lunch meats with a few spreads. it's fucking horrible. what is wrong with that continent? so much great everything and plenty of intelligent people, but fucking clueless on how to eat in the morning. they just don't even have biscuits. how can you not have biscuits?

I honestly don't like American style bacon, thin strips of piggy pointlessness. I prefer it as rashers and cooked so it's a balance between meatiness and crispiness.
Otherwise it's a bowl of oat cluster style cereal and/or crunchy Peanutbutter toast and a shot of espresso.

Yeah I mean it's essentially poaching eggs ontop of diced/crushed tomatoes so it's good for you and the seasoning that is part and parcel for that region is super god. I'mma make some later today, tbh.
