I had no idea that the McLobster was a regional thing until I was old enough to know better.
Sometimes the regional things take off, though.
The McFlurry was also an Eastern Canadian thing (like the McLobster) that is now standard.

No way!
Why the hell would I pay $8.99 for a McDonald's lobster roll when I could go to any locally-owned seafood restaurant and pay $11 or $12 for one that would just blow if out of the water? Hell, my brothers are both lobster fisherman. I guarantee I'll eat a bunch for free at Xmas
People eat 'em, though.

even as someone who loves seafood and will usually always look for seafood items on menus before anything else, i tend to agree.
when you go to japan go to CoCo Curry and get dat 600 yen ebi asari karee though

McLobster seems messed up
but maybe it is messed up in a McRib (I know this is pork liquid in a mold but I gotta eat it) sortof way
more on topic.....wendy's is awesome
I do wish they would stop messing with their fries though
I have liked every version but they keep tweaking them

Wendys has breakfast at like sporadic restaurants and doesnt really advertise it. I went and got it once....it was alright. I was just really creeped out by eating breakfast at wendys.

Agreed- breakfast at Wendy's makes me uncomfortable.
