I understand he gets super busy and don't want to seem impatient or anything. I just want to place my order and I know my friend is ready to place his as well. I don't mind waiting a week or two for build time. I just want to place my order and give him my money before I spend it on something stupid like bills or booze.

Hate to tell you, but for a custom build, it's going to be longer than a week or two. Most of the time turnaround is about 4 weeks, longer depending on whether he has enclosure available, and a few other things.

Also, just wait a bit. Brian can be a little hard to reach, but he's great to work with one he gets back to you.

Yeah, I'm sitting at 6 months on a custom and a repair. A couple weeks is a pipe dream.

I talked to Brian today and everything is good!
Just to clarify I wasn't referring to a completely custom pedal order taking a couple weeks. I was looking for a quote or at least some info for a custom order. The couple weeks build time for a mini with top mounts was based on a comment Brian made when someone asked him about the availability top mounted mini's.

Believe me I know the guy is super busy and how a lot of people expect immediate response and forget that it's just one guy making these things we love and want to buy. I admire how available he makes himself to his customers but sometimes the power of G.A.S. makes even the most sane man go a little crazy.

Oh I almost forgot! I bought a Pink Fuck Overdrive yesterday!!! I can't wait to see what awesomeness my mini & fuck can create!

i wish it weren't, but it's completely random with me as far as turnaround time and email responses...

i try *really hard* to be consistent but there are too many other life variables keeping things inconsistent for me and i have a very hard time taking on any employees or anything so it's still just me doing everything (except the screenprinting!). some days i'm able to get to like 60 emails and other times i'm not able to even respond to any for a few days, sometimes i can get a custom order done in a week, other times a year. i wish i were like, a totally normal person but unfortunately i'm not...

i totally appreciate everyone's patience always and as for emails, i will always respond - even if it's like 3 months later. if someone took the time to write to me they deserve a response back at the very least.

and brian my response was as simple as saying that i already did get creative because Petee wanted his Fuck back and i had to send it out the other day.
