Two spaces because professional standards in my field go that way and it's just easier to keep typography the same in all spheres.

And this. I'm sick of people perpetuating a "rule" borne out of complete blinkered pig ignorance of the English language.

Yo galvar I opened that kids in the hall menstruation video and it started with an ad for the upcoming film "CRIMSON PEAK" that had swirling red backgrounds for the text and said something about new blood. Well played youtubez.

Hahaha!
Yes, well played youtube! That is awesome!
(my friend works at google and one of the problems during the interview process is to quickly design an algorhytm for video/ad recommendations on youtube...seems like they go the literal route! haha.)
BBDA! Mike Judge does awesome work (except for a few things like Extract and Pride Family).

I am alright.
The answers to the questions were all right.
This is proper in my understanding. Although, I'm not certain.

That's because you're basing it on situations like "already" vs. "all ready" and 'all together' and 'altogether'. 'Alright' though does not have a separate meaning:

Anyway, 'alright' is wrong, but its gained enough of a foothold that it's probably all right for you to use it.

Two spaces is/was for when you have to do handwritten editing marks on a printed copy. Same goes for "double space" between lines. You need room to make comments, draw lines/arrows, and all that shit. That's why a lot of us learned to do it this way in school. Teachers tend to make comments in ink on the hard copy, and they need space between sentences and lines for that.
In advertising/publishing, people still do it for early drafts. Otherwise, you don't need to worry about it. And as Lord Galvar pointed out, the HTML standard automatically removes more than once space between any two characters (periods or otherwise).

I learned this from word processing classes since elementary school. Don't see a need to not do it...
On iOS if you do this it automatically punctuates the sentence. That's what I thought this thread was going to be about.
