My favorite thing about the movie was that the beginning was a weird combination of Dracula and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, except with robots instead of chocolate or vampires.

I saw this the other day and have to say I was very, very disappointed. Especially considering all the hype I'd heard about it. It was boring, kind of dumb and seemed like almost any other AI movie I've seen in the last decade. I'm glad some enjoyed it because I found it to be ridiculously lame. No action, barely any drama, and very little substance IMO.
Maybe I'll watch it again with lesser expectations, but I doubt it will change my mind. I am disappoint.
I will say that visual aspect of it was very nicely done though.
