I'm picky about my hotdogs. Hebrew National. I don't have to think about eating prostates or tongues or livers or ears.

I find it a lot more morally defensible to eat hotdogs and shit than filet steak. It feels kind of ridiculous to kill an animal just for a thin strip of (awesome) muscle and junk the rest. I'm all for top to tail eating. That said, there are way more shit hot dogs out there than good ones, so I avoid them anyway. Because taste.

I'm jut glad vodka has no carbs.

Vodka still has a fair few calories, which your body is going to metabolise before it starts metabolising fats.

A year or two back someone posted a recipe for a cinnamon pizza. I've been pretty much drooling over that idea since it got posted, but have never gotten around to making one.

Man, pancakes. I haven't made pancakes in forever. Or French toast. Scones more recently, but still a while back. Beignets are an ass pain to home-make, but it was fantastic that places were popping up in Texas that did them even before the storm. And kolaches--miss the fuck out of cheese kolaches.

Five guys is so yummy but always looks impressively terrible. And I don't really like their fries. Somehow fries are the bigger deal to me than the burger. As long as there is hella toppings I will like a burger, but if it comes with junk fries I am far less excited.
