I usually hate this discussion because everyone else seems to have badass stories of tiger fights and burning buildings and I'm like "antibiotics".

Not a personal experience, but a couple days ago I watched two close friends die, and be revived (just barely) by CPR and Naloxone injection, which our local health unit only started distributing about a week ago. Neither of them seem to remember a thing, so if it's enlightenment you want, fentanyl is not the path to find it.
