Yeah, if you have a small shelf to put your soap/shampoo/body wash on, put it up there. Or possibly on the corner of the tub (I'm assuming its a tub/shower combo) farthest from the shower head. Or even on the floor outside of the shower, if need be. The point is you want to take a shower while also enjoying a beer. No need to down it all at once (unless you want to shower shotgun a can of beer, in which case fucking do it!)

I've never thought about having a cocktail in a sports bottle in the shower, but shower margarita sounds like the absolute TITS. Or maybe some sweet tea vodka and lemonade. Oh man, I can't wait to get my own place again.

I miss the apartment shower I had about 15 years ago. Could go in there and smoke up and drink an ice cold beer and just get lost in the heat. bestest.

We have a shower cabin without even a soaprack or anything and I share the bathroom with other people, also I like running the shower with as much water as possible so I don't feel the air around me, which all makes it a bit more difficult.
Well, fuck it, I'll just try the shower shotgun one of these days.

My ex-father-in-law was a huge fan and regular partaker of the Dumpsmoke, which is probably a distant cousin of the Showerbeer. I'll have to give this a try sometime (the showerbeer, that is). Best guess on the preferred choice - light ales (or lagers if that is your style). If you are taking an uber steamy shower like I am, you want to keep that drink refreshing and quaffable. IPAs are too hoppy for the setting, might disrupt the mellow vibe going on.

Right right, my dad used to do the Dumpsmoke too, he was eating some kind of strawberry candy called Fruitella with it as well, that stench afterwards might be one of the most horrorsome things I smelled in my whole life.
Fortunately there's some German beers in resealable bottles too so us non ledged edged people don't have to drink Grolsch.
Agreed on the IPA thing, they're best drank cold so I wouldn't know what to do with one of those under a steamy hot / molten lava shower, which is the way I roll as well.
