An upgrade for her iPhone and a sweater, which turned out to be too small. For it being the first time I've ever bought my wife a sweater, I'm not too worried about it.

Found some cool vintage jewelry, got her three sets of earbuds (she's always losing them, so it's become a bit of a joke), and a whole bunch of different-sized writing notebooks (some with really cool silkscreened covers) that I put into a funky vinyl shoulder bag with some nice pens (she does a lot of writing, both for work and for herself). It was a success!

I got her a new jacket, two pairs of shoes that she wanted and some perfume. She was pleased.
