But why is his raptor pack nude? Does he shave/wax the feathers off for a speed advantage or is it purely aesthetic? I imagine you have to be Chris Pratt level awesome to preform a Brazilian Raptor Wax and survive.

I think they decided not to give any of the dinosaurs feathers to keep them in line with the other movies. Plus, feathers are expensive to animate.

I think it's more of a "fuck you, moviegoers are the biggest retards on the planet and will pay to see anything with some sort of brand recognition or press no matter how transparent and forced it is by the studio."

Saw this the other day. Fucking ruled. Leagues better then the JP3. They also explain the dinosaurs not having feathers in a really clever way. (basically, DNA splicing leads to inaccurate dinos.)
