Really, it shouldn't be incredibly difficult to get circular stickers made that one could put in the center of a chrome-skirted knob with the ILF face on them.

And if it could work, would people want other designs besides just the face? I mean, keeping in mind that the printable area would be TINY. Maybe some with the face, and some with "ILF" in an appropriate ILF-y font? Maybe "FUZZ," on another knob, and a heart graphic on another...
