I had a Superego and while you can do cool stuff with it, as seen in the video, it also really has this digital EHX cheesy organ sound to it in my ears, especially if you don't have anything in the fx loop.
I have to say though, that's an awesome awesome video!

The Freeze as much as I liked that one thing did something to my Fuzzz that I just could not accept; it had to go...
My friend has an Ego so I might borrow it and re-access the situation...
Nice sounds on that vid though...

So I borrowed one and was mehpressed... It's only useful to me in Latch mode which just makes it a Freeze with a loop which is what it is I guess...
This one sounds better with my Fuzzz but only if it's in the loop, before and after are poo...
I guess I'd get one for cheap and mainly for non guitar uses...

I really like my Superego although it can be a bit of a challenge to get the input volume right at times.
I mostly use a Zoom CDR and a Guyatone FL-3 in the loop. I'd quite like to try a distortion too.
