Morange brought up a west coast thing in the ILF EM ALL thread. I thought the bay would be the best place too. Heck, I'll be up there in August if you all would want the guy from Bakersfield. Might be good to give my wife time to kick with her friends without the awkward guy.

Try to talk the delgates from the Pacific Northwest to head down too.

Too bad that hypothetical, ethereal speed train isn't working just for something like this.

I'd wear a path between the food car and my seat before we got to Modesto. Plus face scabs and riding the bus over the grapevine to get to the train sucks, but could probably get speed on the bus over the grapevine. I dunno, man. Calculated risks?

I'd rather just drive on the 5 and see the sites like Firebaugh, Santa Nella, and Kettleman City.

Or take 60% longer and see Santa Cruz, Big Sur, and Morro Bay.

also, could probably fit betweent 2 and 4 humans, depeding on their size, in the living room, couch and inflatable mattress or whatnot. if it's a longer trip/someone needs a sleepover spot.
