I think I may have to in the future.
Then pull a summit and set market prices to "payday".
Which is what you're doing with SS140s right?

Haha!
I'd do the same if cabs weren't so expensive down here.
Still looking for a beat up old 5150 to harvest Sheffields out of so I can make a 612, but motherfuckers won't give them up.

I know what you mean, those are all coveted. So you can't get a break. hell you would think that with me living in the home of Peavey I'd be able to find more vintage Peavey gear/ an original Butcher.
never see any ever.

Yeah it's like first gen 5150s. You'd think they'd be cheap as fuck but nope. Some douchbag decided they were all wired with platinum and made with dark dwarven techniques in the Hyborean age.

We really need to up our price fixing game and start haranguing the fuck out of sellers who set prices too high.
We should all take action whenever we see a Sunn listed somewhere, for instance, and offer 90s prices on them.
Hundreds of emails from different bozos: " yeah dude, quarter the price and you've got a deal. I don't give a fuck what you paid for it. You're an idiot."
We could set the world right again.

I actually liked all the heads I tried, was my first date with a mig and almost jumped on it, but had to be fair as I've never played an aor either.
Besides if I had enough dough to get all 3, I'd rather get in a bidding war with you on that enforcer, the nuge reigns supreme around these parts.

Dude it'd be real hard to split hairs between a Mig 100, an AOR and a VTM. They're all great choices. The MiG would probably have required some additional maintainence, but they're all about the same age and will need some love anyway. Unless its all been done on the AOR in which case, score!
I think I need to do pots, sockets and jacks on mine. It's still quite noisy.
Don't think my preamp tubes are duds...

The aor is in tip top shape. Not a scratchy pot to be found. I was mainly drawn to the amp by how damn clean it was, plus the fact that it recently had a check up, and tubes were replaced with pricey wing'c's and tung sols.
Definitely right on splitting hairs between the three, they all can cop some of the same tones, but was sold on the aor when I pulled out the mid boost. Channel 2 was also another selling point over the other's, noisy and nasty, but thats my thing. My 6505 has probably seen its last days with me, probably going to off it to fund recording equipment. Need to get a bandcamp page started up to show off my tasty tunes.

Nice man.
Sounds like you picked up a winner.
