Yes, of course!
If you use out 2, you will get the mixed signals from the TP and ruiner. If you plug into out 1 and out 2, you will get the Ruiner from out 1 and the TP from out 2. If you plug only into Out 1, you will only get the Ruiner.
If you use out 2, you will get the mixed signals from the TP and ruiner. If you plug into out 1 and out 2, you will get the Ruiner from out 1 and the TP from out 2. If you plug only into Out 1, you will only get the Ruiner.
