Yeah, I spent my day off getting over a cold in my apartment. It sucks since I'm not nearly as sick as I was on Monday (was definitely running a fever and shit then). I actually turned the heat up to a comfortable level and have been sitting around feeling ok on generic sudephed (huehue pseudophed)

The only time I left my apartment was to meet the pizza delivery guy at the door...for my pizza...yeah.

Now I'm having a nip of whiskey and watching the Venture Bros.

My wife is considered essential personnel since she works at a hospital, and I am also considered essential personnel at my job, so we've had to go to our jobs during every snow and we aren't allowed to leave early or anything.
Although my boss let our department leave early on Tuesday by choice. But I ended up staying until 6pm (about 1.5 hours shy of my shift anyways) because my wife drove me to work.
The last snow that we had in December that was really wet- my car got stuck horribly when we were driving and we don't trust it. So she drove me to work Tuesday and Wednesday. I got to work 3 hours early both days, pulled 12 hour shifts. OT RULES.
Got my car out of the snow this morning since the roads really weren't bad here like I thought they would be (and learned at 6am yesterday as I sat in the passenger seat of my wife's car) and drove to work today just fine

I loved snow until I graduated from college and had to drive to work every day. But I feel like that's how it goes

It was brutal this morning when I realized my t pass had expired and I had to walk to the train station instead of taking the bus.
