infanem_on_facebook wrote:Two things about the Small Echo Array:

1. Some more specs:

-Four knobs: echo time, feedback, clean volume, and echo volume. The volumes have a range from silent to +15dB boost.
-Four toggles: individual activation of each delay output. The delay circuits are arranged in series to provide the same sort of summing and feedback you'd get from a multihead tape/disk machine. Output times are arranged linearly as t, 2t, 3t, 4t. At the shortest time setting, this means 30ms, 60ms, 90ms, 120ms. At the longest, it's 575ms, 1150ms, 1725ms, 2300ms.
-Current draw is approximately 140mA.
-Standard Infanem stuff: true bypass, top jacks, standard 9VDC input, brushed aluminum finish with black graphics.
-Sound samples will come in a few weeks.

2. I'm getting some requests for preorders before I post the pedal for sale on the webstore so here's the deal with that:

If the specs tickle you enough that you just have to be in the front of the line, email infanem@gmail.com with the subject line "Small Echo Array preorder" and include your address in the body of the message. I'll invoice you directly through Paypal. The price is $200 minus a $25 early preorder discount: the same discount that will be available for a week after the pedal list on the online shop. Shipping is $5 US, $15 Canada, and $30 elsewhere.

Isn't he a mod? I wonder if something happened. Maybe his plectrum wasn't strong enough.

He was to Troy Sanders what Edward Norton was to Brad Pitt.

He's channeling his inner Tim Thomas and went down in his bunker waiting for the apocalypse.

I think there are only 2 scenario's here:

1. The unaccounted for NFIF was sold on TGP and is gathering dust because it doesn't work in someone's P&W blooze rig.

or

2. The Pedal betrayed Isildur to his death. And some things that should not have been forgotten were lost. History became legend, legend became myth, and for two and half thousand years the Pedal passed out of all knowledge. Until when chance came, it ensnared a new bearer. Darkness crept back into the forest of the world. Rumor grew of a shadow in the East, whispers of a nameless fear.

I'll be curious to hear clips of this delay and what Ken does with the PT2399 chip!
